Who We Are
Charles Crisler wears all the hats. And if you’ve ever met him, you know we mean this both figuratively AND literally. Before Charles started 27 Design Co. in 2007, he cut his teeth working for one of the most reputable design and marketing agencies in Indianapolis.
What kind of payment do you accept?
PayPal and major credit cards are gladly accepted.
Do you combine shipping on multiple orders?
Definitely! Click the “Add To Cart” button for each item you would like to purchase. Combined shipping for eligible items will automatically be calculated within your cart.
How do you calculate shipping costs?
To keep shipping costs low, all items are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with no tracking or insurance. Shipping costs not only include the actual shipping but also the packaging materials.
Posters are gently rolled, placed in acetate sleeves, and shipped in sturdy, double-wall tubes. Up to 3 posters can be shipped in 1 tube.
Sketchbooks are shipped in envelopes. If more than 2 sketchbooks are ordered together they will ship out in a box.
Do you ship internationally?
Sure do. Upon checkout, click the “Ship outside U.S.” link and then select or type your country.
How often do you ship?
Orders are shipped out once a week, insuring all orders ship no later than 7 days (usually less) after they have been placed. Orders placed in December will be expedited to ensure, if possible, your order is received for the holidays. If you have special circumstances let us know, we’ll be happy to accommodate if possible.
What’s your policy on cancelations?
Cancelations are only available on items that have not shipped.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
If your order arrives, should the item be damaged/the wrong item/the wrong quantity, a refund/replacement is possible if you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Be sure to keep the original packaging. Replacements are only possible if the item is still available. If not, a refund will be offered.
Do you ever reprint sold out prints?
Screen prints are limited to their edition sizes and will never be reproduced. This assures the most exclusive and most collectible poster possible.
